Bedrooms & Studio
The villa offers 5 double-bedrooms with kingsize beds and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor and have a direct access to the terrace, the master bedroom and another large bedroom are located on the first floor.
Living space & Kitchen
There is a uniquely designed waterfall in the middle of the house on the main floor which can be illuminated and conveniently turned on/off. When it is turned on the water flows from inside the living room through the terrace and creates a waterfall down towards the pool area. The kitchen offers plenty of space as well as the newest generation of appliances such as a large fridge/food station with a built in icemaker, electric herd, oven, a large microwave/grill and a modern dishwasher.
Terrace Area
On the large roofed terrace there is also a big heated Jacuzzi, a large seating area and the dining area with an attached grill.
Pool Area
The pool area consists of a hexagonal Rancho that has its own wooden dining table, a small food preparing station equipped with a fridge as well as a grill barbecue grill, bar and a pool bar. You can enjoy a light meal at the Rancho without leaving the poolside or have a few drinks while listening to the nature surrounding you. There is also an outside shower, a bathroom with hot water and a restroom for your convenience.
The pool itself can be heated according to your wishes.
Villa Entrance & Gardens
The villa is surrounded by a 4 acre garden with plenty of palms and trees and lush vegetation attracting a huge variety of tropical birds including Toucans and Scarlet Macaws as well as Squirrel Monkeys and other wildlife.
